QG Type Bridge-Type Slag (Sludge) Scraper
◎ Application
The QG type bridge-type slag (sludge) scraper is mainly used for sludge discharge in horizontal flow sedimentation tanks of urban sewage treatment plants and water purification plants. This machine performs unidirectional sludge scraping. According to user requirements, slag skimming and scum removal devices can be added.
◎ Structure and Working Principle
This equipment adopts a movable bridge-type structure. When the scraper is not working, it stops at the inlet end. When the scraper is working, it moves with the water flow: first, the skimming plate is lowered to push surface scum into the steel scum trough at the end of the tank, while the scraping plate is lifted off the tank bottom. When moving in the reverse direction, the scraping plate is lowered to push the sludge at the bottom of the tank into the sludge collection trough at the end, while the skimming plate is raised out of the liquid to prevent scum from moving backward. This reciprocating operation achieves the purpose of sludge scraping and scum removal.
◎ Main Features
1. Dual-side drive, synchronized transmission on both sides, ensuring stable operation;
2. Steel wheels are used for above-water travel, while rubber rollers are used for underwater scraping;
3. Scum removal and sludge scraping operate in opposite directions;
4. Simple operation, with direct local/remote control of the equipment.
